Nonpartisan advocacy group NAACP helps out at polling place

Oh, sorry, I was pretending to be Reuters.  The real headline is, “NAACP Takes Over Houston Polling Station, Advocates for President Obama.”

It’s an interesting addendum to the story I mentioned yesterday, about the woman with the “Vote the Bible” shirt being told to cover it up to vote.  Wearing a “Vote the Bible” shirt is impermissible “electioneering” in Texas, but taking over a polling place and advocating for a candidate is not.  OBVIOUSLY.
